Ginger, lemon and honey cake
75 g of honey
175 g of flour
3.75 ml ginger

First, we preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Meanwhile, we can prepare our cake.
To do this, we must first melt the butter in a bain-marie.
When it is almost melted, add the honey and the lemon zest and mix everything very well.
Afterwards, we let it cool down and then we add the rest of the ingredients (the flour, the ginger and the eggs).
Now we can butter a mold suitable for the oven and then pour the mixture inside.
Later, we put in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
While the cake is baking, we can prepare the topping . To do this, first put the honey and lemon juice in a pot over medium heat.
When both ingredients have warmed up a bit and melted into each other, our topping is ready.
